Since 2000 Pasquale and Elisabetta have looked after the family farm at Torchiara, in the Cilento National Park, situated along the Acquasanta river, on the hilly outcrops of Monte Stella. The vineyards, among olive groves and fig trees, are mainly planted with Fiano and Aglianico. The winery handcrafts its wines using only grapes grown organically on the estate, and honest, simple, natural vinification techniques that respect the land and area.
