Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with greenish hues. Vibrant aromas of grapefruit, citron, pineapple, gooseberry, apricot, mango, hawthorn, wisteria, lemon blossom and vegetal notes. The palate is fresh, tangy and very lingering with citrus sensations.
Food Pairing
Risotto with broad beans and baby cuttlefish, fried whitebait.
