Cascina Morassino was founded in 1984 by Mauro Bianco, but it builds upon his family’s three preceding generations who all made wine from local Ovello vineyards. The winery is currently managed by Mauro’s son, Roberto Bianco, and has just 4.5 hectares of vineyards, 3.5 of which are within the subzone Ovello while 1 hectare resides in Neive, located in the subzone of Cottà.
