Tasting Notes
The characteristics of Barbaresco Ovello are derived from grapes grown in optimal conditions, both for sun exposition and soil composition. At the time of harvest, a selection is made favoring the portion of the vineyard where the grapes have matured the best. The result is a structured, complex, and spicy Barbaresco.
