Tasting Notes
Deep, brilliant ruby red. Intense and juicy in the nose, with lovely reference to wild berries and crunchy plums, notes of green vegetables, turmeric, rose and cedar wood, hints of roasting coffee and sweet spices. Vigorous on the palate, with remarkable body and soft tannins. A good balance of freshness and savory minerality. The finish recalls the spiced notes, with a long persistence.

Beef stew with potatoes and black truffle.
