Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barriques, where the wine matures for 18 months. Refinement in the bottle for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with purple rims. Aromas of cassis and blackberries, cherries and plums, waves of aromatic herbs and a trace of bitter cocoa. In the mouth, the wine is sumptuous and rich in substance, with well incorporated tannins and a continuation of the fruit elements.

Pici pasta with meat and tomato sauce.
