Pinot Nero Tenuta San Michele 2017
Pinot Nero Tenuta San Michele 2017
The choice to plant Pinot Noir was made thanks to this winery’s great passion for this varietal and its many ties to Nerello Mascalese. In 1985, under the guidance of legendary enologist Giacomo Tachis, Murgo began to experiment with Pinot Noir, a difficult grape to match with most environments, confirming it to be very suitable to the climate and terrain of Mount Etna.
