From ICEA certified Montepulciano grapes grown on clay and limestone soil in a two-hectare vineyard at 250m above sea level. Vinification in stainless steel and maturation in barriques for 20 months.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red colour. Fruity aromas nicely blended with hints of cigars and minerally notes, followed by liquorice, pipe tobacco and chocolate. A firmly structured palate with well-judged acidity and lively tannin and a lingering finish.

Stuffed guinea fowl.
