This dessert wine is made from native red grapes grown on ungrafted rootstocks and trained with the alberello (head-trained, self-supporting) technique. The vineyards run along the southern coast of Sulcis, known for its loose, sandy terrain that is exposed to the intense Sardinian summer sun.

Tasting Notes
Amber-colored with garnet hues. Intense perfumes include balsamic, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Mediterranean brush (myrtle and juniper). Warm, full, and enveloping flavor, the maximum expression of the landscape. Persistent; a meditation wine.
