Italian law does not allow grapes to be listed on the labels for wines that are not classified as DOC, IGT, or DOCG. Walter Massa chose not to classify the wine even though it is made with 100% Timorasso, a varietal that has always been present in the Tortonesi hills. It matures for a year in steel and a year in the bottle.
Description
Tasting Notes
Golden color. Aromas of lime, melon, pineapple, and resin. Fresh and well-bodied, almost opulent. Slightly bitter finish with a powerful flavor that remains pleasantly in the mouth, gifting an unusually long and persistent extension.
