Description
Tasting Notes
This frizzante undergoes fermentation using the Charmat method and is macerated with the skins for about six hours. The result is an alluring rosy colored wine with delicate bubbles and buoyantly fruity notes.
This Piedmontese red sparkler ia a unique wine, cherry red in color, with a characteristic fragrance of fresh flowers and roses long with a slight musky sensation and intenseness of red fruits. Sweet but balanced on the palate by vibrant acidity, it explodes on the finish with the same fruity notes felt by the nose, that suggest a good pairing with wild berries, sweets and strawberry parfait, jam tarts and sweets in general.
Food Pairing
Pairs brilliantly with anything chocolate, or bomboloni filled with raspberry jam.
