Dry, white wine made from organically-grown Vitovska grapes. Vitovska is a native varietal from Carso closely tied to the land and local tradition. Cultivated in higher elevations here and in Slovenia, Vitovska is all but unknown in other Mediterranean regions.

Tasting Notes
Clean and fairly lean. Fresh, salty, mineral flavors. Sage and Mediterranean brush aromas mix with fresh citrus and Williams pears.
Food Pairing
May be served also as an aperitif at 10 - 12 °C.
