After separation from the skins, the wine is aged in medium and small wooden barrels where it remains on its lees for a period of 12 months; after which, it is assembled in wooden barrels of 2,500 liters and decanted without clarification nor filtration.
Description
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color. The nose releases hints of lavender, violet, cherry, strawberry jam. Very fresh and lively on the palate, with tantalizing savory hints. Ample and balanced aromatic notes across the finish. Vinification and maturation for two years in large oak barrels.

Pappardelle pasta with ragù sauce.
