When the local farmers of Carso used the word “ograda”, they meant a little parcel of land near town or next to a house that was surrounded by a dry stone wall to keep sheep and goats from invading the cultivated areas. Ograda is also the name of the area where the Skerk winery is located and where once there was a vineyard planted with Vitovska.

Tasting Notes
Wide aromatic range rich with warm, spicy notes surrounded by floral and sea scents. Very dry and powerful on the palate; good balance sustained by a lively acidity.
Food Pairing
Ready to drink now, but will continue to improve in the years to come. Serve at 10 - 12 °C.
