Description
Tasting Notes
Dense, straw yellow. Intense aromas and complex minerality, almost salty. Very terse and dry in the mouth, flavorful and fresh with a light tannic note due to a long maceration on the skins.
Food Pairing
Serve at 10 - 12 °C with fatty, saltwater fish.
