Description
Tasting Notes
Good intense ruby red colour with bright purple hues. Marked aromas of red berry jam, bottled blackberries, eucalyptus, wild mint, tamarind, carob, cocoa powder and minerally hints. Fresh flavour with close-knit, nicely blended tannins, typical refreshing hints of red berries and a minerally, finish on vegetal notes.
Food Pairing
Saddle of lamb with thyme, fettucine with rabbit sauce.
