Tasting Notes
Beautiful ruby red colour with purplish rim. Stylish aromas of sour cherry jam, camphor, eucalyptus, tamarind, juniper, carob, dried pipe tobacco, wild rose petals, pink pepper granules, walnut skin, blood orange zest, and very subtle vegetal and minerally, pencil lead sensations.
Food Pairing
Maccheroni timbale, pork chops with rosemary.
