Description
Tasting Notes
Garnet in color. On the nose, predominantly scents of balsamic herbs, resinous and camphorated, but there are also notes of sweet tobacco, mulberry, rust, juniper and star anise. In the mouth it has bursting but well managed tannins and a lovely harmonization. Persistent, with memories of licorice in the finish.
Food Pairing
Quail stuffed with olives, hare stew “huntsman” style.
