Characteristic rosé of Valtènesi, obtained from the vinification of a native grape, Groppello. Maceration on the skins for 6 hours with whole berries, followed by pressing to obtain only the free-run must. Fermentation and maturation take place in a few months entirely in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
Pale pinkish color, almost rose petal watercolor. Elegant, harmonious nose, very fresh strawberries, delicate floral, citrus nuances, mineral notes. Clean in the mouth, nice acidity, very dry, savory finish. Sophisticated.

Fried red mullet and cod.
