Riné is obtained by pressing, fermenting and maturing Riesling and Incrocio Manzoni grapes in steel for 6 months, as well as Chardonnay aged for 4 months in tonneau. Only at the end of the maturation are the three resulting wines blended and then aged in the bottle.
Description
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with green reflections. Pleasant scents of lime, kiwi, Granny Smith apple, lily of the valley, basil and just a whisper of minerals. Riesling dominates with savory and citrusy flavours, sensations of rare cleanliness and fullness. The finish is long, with notes of very well assimilated wood.
