From Cesanese di Affile grapes cultivated at 400 meters above sea level. Vinification and ageing in steel for 6 months, followed by 12 months in oak tonneaux.
Description
Tasting Notes
Clear ruby red with garnet reflections. At first, tones of sour cherries and cherries in alcohol emerge on the nose, and then reveal mineral notes, undergrowth, wild violets, ripe watermelon, mentholated talc and light spicy sensations. Balanced on the palate, fresh, with gentle tannins and fruity and balsamic notes in the finish.
