Beautiful luminous ruby red wine, with a refined nose of deep red roses, ripe black figs, dried leaves and minerals. Excellent structured body with a soft mouthfeel and velvety tannins. A long persistent finish focused on baking spices and balsamic.

Guinea fowl with aromatic herbs, green olives and juniper berries.
