The name Stravino di Stravino is inspired by one of the picturesque towns in the Valley of the Lakes. Born from a blend of Reisling, Incrocio Manzoni, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Kerner, some of the grapes are harvested when they reach overripeness on the vine, others are hung to dry out on latticework and then vinified separately in wood and steel
Description
Tasting Notes
Yellow gold with greenish hues. Intense and ample aromas of jasmine, thyme and rosemary. The flavor remains faithful to the aromas, underscored by a fragrant freshness and a pleasant sapidity. Aged 9 months in the barrel.

Suggested pairing: sea bass carpaccio on a bed of raw porcini mushrooms.
